ALL Food Vendor Applications must be submitted by May 24, 2025

Vendor open hours are:
July 3: 4 – 9pm
July 4 – 5: 10am – 9pm
July 6: 11am – 6pm

Please be aware of parade line up at 10am on July 4th. Plan to arrive early on that day to avoid traffic issues.

Food Vendors MUST set up Wed, July 2nd between noon-8pm to allow for inspections, etc. to take place beginning Thursday, July 3rd in the morning.

Craft vendors may set up on Thursday. July 3rd from 8a-12p. Booths need to be ready to open and vehicles cleared by 2pm on Thursday, July 3rd. All Vendors, together with its employees/agents, and property will vacate the vending space no later than Mon. July 7th at 12pm.

Vendor teardown will be NO SOONER than Sunday, July 6th at 6pm. If vendors leave early, they will not be invited back next year.

ONLY THOSE VENDORS WITH PERMISSION will move on Friday, July 4th at 5p. Any property not removed from the vending space at that time defined above, will be removed and disposed of at the Vendor’s expense.
