ALL Food Vendor Applications must be submitted by May 23, 2026

Vendor open hours are:
July 1: 4 – 9pm

July 2: 4 – 9pm
July 3: 10am – 9pm
July 4: 10am – 9pm

Please be aware of parade line up at 10am on July 4th. Plan to arrive early on that day to avoid traffic issues.

Food Vendors MUST set up Tuesday, June 30th between noon-8pm to allow for inspections, etc. to take place beginning Wed, July 1st in the morning.

Craft vendors may set up on Wednesday, July 1st from 8am - 12pm. Booths need to be ready to open and vehicles cleared by 2pm on Wednesday, July 1st. All Vendors, together with its employees/agents, and property will vacate the vending space no later than Sunday, July 5th at 12pm.

Vendor teardown will be NO SOONER than Saturday, July 4th at 6pm. If vendors leave early, they will not be invited back next year.

ONLY THOSE VENDORS WITH PERMISSION will move on Saturday, July 4th at 5pm. Any property not removed from the vending space at that time defined above, will be removed and disposed of at the Vendor’s expense.
